LOFMEM Membrane Filtration Elements

LOFMEM is a range of membrane filtration elements designed for high-precision filtration of liquids and gases in industrial water treatment and process applications.

Filtration is performed using absolute-rated membranes (PTFE, PES, Nylon), ensuring consistent removal of particles down to submicron levels. These elements are used for removing suspended solids, colloids, microorganisms, and for operation in aggressive chemical environments.

LOFMEM membranes provide high chemical resistance, thermal stability, and low extractables, making them suitable for critical applications such as demineralized water production, pharmaceuticals, and chemical processing.

The elements are designed as pleated cartridges, offering a large filtration surface area in a compact form and enabling high flow rates with low pressure drop.

Depending on membrane type, they are used for:

• aggressive acids and alkalis

• high-purity processes (DI water, pharma, microelectronics)
