Ultrafiltration Modules UF (15.6–102.4 m³/h)

⚙️ Principle of Operation + Design & Applications

Ultrafiltration is a pressure-driven process where water passes through membranes while contaminants are retained on the surface.

Operation includes: • BWS — backwash
• CEB — chemically enhanced backwash
• CIP — periodic chemical cleaning

The modules are designed as industrial units including membrane elements, piping, valves, and control systems.

Applications: • pre-treatment before RO systems
• circulating water systems
• surface and process water treatment

🧱 Materials and Design + 📊 Technical Specifications

Membrane modules are made of materials resistant to corrosion and chemical воздействия.

Main parameters: • capacity — 15.6–102.4 m³/h
• operating pressure — up to 5 bar
• temperature — up to 40 °C
• operating pH range — 3–10
• CIP pH range — 1–13

The systems provide low energy consumption and stable filtrate quality.
